Keiji Ogata, a Japanese philosopher, has studied extensively the nature and responsibility ethics of Hans Jonas. He reads on philosophy and ethics at colleges and universities in Japan. In an unusual approach he connects philosophy, natural sciences and literature and discusses in his novels individual experiences and character developments against the background of recent social phenomena.
